Parker Placements’ Process for Corporate Clients

Once you pinpoint a job opening (a replacement or add-to-staff), we ask that you provide us with a written job description that includes:

  • the title of the job
  • a company, division and/or department summary
  • the job responsibilities (at least 5+ bullet points)
  • the job requirements/qualifications to be successful (3+ bullet points)

From there we schedule a call or in-person meeting to discuss the details.

Parker Placements’ Professional Personality Approach

In addition to understanding the key responsibilities and requirements of the role, our goal is to get to know you, the hiring manager, the group and the culture. Therefore, we have a personality process called the Personality Approach, that we follow when we begin each recruiting assignment.

Lisa coined the phrase personality approach, the process Parker Placements follows when assessing candidates and clients from both a professional and personal perspective. We ask a set of questions regarding the person’s approach to situations to understand their thinking and mindset, and then assign them a professional perspective (Casual, Corporate Casual or Corporate). We do this for both candidates and clients as just one step in the process that allows us to achieve a match between client and candidate leading to the perfect placement.

Our assessment covers:
  1. Work Processes
  2. Stress Prevention and Resolution
  3. Management Approach and Style
  4. Teamwork Techniques
  5. Conflict Resolution
